The differences between Pro2 and ProfitMart are actually quite significant, though from the outside looking in they appear subtle.  Both of these products were developed by Rick and Ron Davies, and both have a number or rather severely handicapped copy cats out there that are fundamentally flawed and doomed to cause a buyer to fail because they are missing at least one and in most cases a number of critical components.

 Now, what are the more obvious differences between Pro2 and ProfitMart?  They would be:

  1. Business Model; ProfitMart is a residual income model managed by an internal affiliate program that pays the affiliate/member for active referrals over and over again 50% each month from a single sale by sending commissions to the member’s PayPal account. Pro2 is a one-time affiliate commission of 50% handled by ClickBank.
  2. Affiliate Program Management; ProfitMart employs a very advanced internal affiliate program software that allows exceptional commissions and sales tracking, analyses and security. Pro2 uses ClickBank.
  3. Affiliate Conditions: To be a ProfitMart affiliate, you must be a member of ProfitMart. Pro2 only requires a ClickBank account.
  4. Price; ProfitMart is about $19/month, but includes private full-featured CPanel hosting and domain name. Pro2 is a one-time $79, and provides affiliate link. Private hosting and domain is available for an additional fee.
  5. Web site size; ProfitMart starts at 90 pages, each based on a ClickBank category and an unlimited number of pages may be added. Pro2 is a single page of unlimited length.
  6. SEO; ProfitMart is ideal for seo for multiple keywords and phrases. Pro2 is ideal for a single phrase or word.
  7. Support; ProfitMart support is in real time via a special toolbar system and Community Forum. Pro2 is via email and knowledgebase.
  8. Training Systems; ProfitMart uses videos, Podcasts, blog, community forum, ebooks. Pro2 uses tollbar system, videos, and ebooks.

As you can see, there are quite a few differences. ProfitMart is really the end result of a number of surveys that were completed by at that time existing Pro2 members.  Put simply, ProfitMart is the newer iteration of Pro2, but with a few twists!
