The changes sent in to us by one of our affiliates resulted in him seeing a change from a 1.2% conversion rate to a whopping 18% conversion rate!!

Right, an ad network, now how is that a tool?

Within the CJ network there are a number of reports that can help you.

You can find great ads to model your banners, text ads and landing pages.

CJ is free to join.

Once you are signed up and in the back-office for CJ then go to the “GET LINKS” tab now you will see a huge list of Advertising Categories.

Now go to the Category – Accessories – Jewelery

Click on Jewelery

Now you will see a list.

Look at “Ross & Simons” Notice that there is a 7 Day EPC (Earnings Per Hundred Clicks) of $205.00 CAD or about $180.00 USD and a 30 Day EPC of $106.00 CAD or about $89.00 USD.

When you see a high value made per 100 clicks then take a look at what they are doing.

Why? Because they must be doing something right. Look at the colors of their banners, their landing pages, read the copy and take note. Could you use the color set they are using etc. NEVER do a direct copy only use the information as a tool. Sites and pictures have copyrights.

This is only the short of it and you would have to do some research to find your sweet spot so to speak.

BTW: I am considering opening a subscription site with information like the above but only in detail, some sales videos for you to use on your sites, some ProfitMart templates for you to use and how explanations on how to add them, how to add a Clickbank widget to you ProfitMart Site so that it will be keyed to the topic you are searching on your site, twitter information and the like and much, much more.
