  My name is Seth Garrison and I am a certified Overlight facilitator. Overlight is a spiritual psychology healing modality that recognizes that we are the creators of our own reality and therefore have the ability to heal ourselves. An Overlight facilitator examines the “whys” of events in your life and creates a space for you to feel comfortable enough to recognize these tendencies and to change your perspective on them from negative to positive. This change is the path to healing of not just your spirit, but your mind and most importantly your body.

  I also have a life background in marketing and finance which occupied the first 30 years of his life. Until 2000 when I experienced a spiritual awakening following the death of my long time spouse.This took me away from all things conventional and immersed me into spiritualism. Searching for the answers to the big questions of “who we are” and “why are we here”.

  Now in 2007 I have blended the two expertises together and operate a website that focuses on balancing your body, mind and spirit along with the secrets to create abundance in your life to be able to escape the “rat race” that modern work life has become. 
  
  Believing the internet is a key factor in precipitating the “next step in human evolution” in that we have instant communication with people from all corners of the earth. We know when events are happening almost as they occur. The global consciousness that is here now has never before been seen in the history of our planet. These dynamics helps us realize that we are indeed “one”. There should be no fear of other races or cultures because now we know them. The unknown is what creates fear. There is no separation for race or color or borders. The new age of “Unity Consciousness” has begun. 

  The internet is a vehicle for sharing the combined knowledge from people from all walks of life. Given freely with the intent of improving the lifestyle of all mankind. Helping us examine ourselves and our priorities and our fears and our desires. Having answers to questions that have been asked for eons. They are right at our fingertips now. What a great time to be here!

More and more healers are looking at things from a holistic perspective, not just treating the result of the imbalances but getting to the inner root of the condition.
