How to choose a domain name – this is important, and since membership in ProditMart entitles you to a free top level domain name for life (as long as your account remains in good standing), you should at least understand the basics of selecting a suitable domain name.
First of all, make it relate to the site you ate going to create with ProfitMart. For example; a domain name related to outdoor recreation would be good if you ate going to have pages about fishing, hiking, canoeing, etc.
Try to use a keyword phrase, and avoid numbers. A phrase like “outdoorfuninfo.com” is a good example for the above situation.
Keep it simple, as short as possible, and try to avoid anything other than .com, .org, .net, .biz.
There are new TLD (top level domains) being I trod iced almost monthly, but the ones above continue to hold favor with Google for search engine placement, all else being equal.
